IMPORT DUTY AND VAT

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional charges such as customs duty, import taxes, or VAT. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sonaire is not responsible for covering any customs-related charges. If these fees are not paid, customs may take further action, including returning or destroying the parcel. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
